Wellness Wednesday...Today's Lunch!

1: Grapes!!

2: Quinnoa cooked in water with almonds and cranberries

3: Winter Salad: broccoli, feta, butternut squash and chickpeas with a bit of olive oil and dill.

4: Yummmmmm...

Healthy eating at it's best!  Nice especially since I have not been eating healthy quantities lately :(  I'll get back at it soon, but I have a Dr. appointment tomorrow.  No exercising for a bit at the least, not even PT...Hopefully you'll all do it for me for now!!!

  1. I overloaded in Quinoa a while back but i am going to get back into Quinoa immediately.
