No, not another injury- the jury is still out on the lower leg. My run this afternoon will determine my next course of action.
What did hurt? P90X Back and Bicpes! Holy crap! 50 minutes of curls, pull-ups and curls! My arms are dead! And I still have some yard work to do (few more 50 pound bags of rocks to spread- 25 already done). Hmmmmm...maybe I should by a 50 bag of them, wrap it in duct tape, attach a harness and run with it across the field behind our house...
I don't do this often enough to justify buying the weights I need, so I doubled up the 8 pounders for some or did a bunch of extra reps with them in each hand. I have a 30 and used it where I could as well as a band, but I didn't feel like putting shoes on and the band was a bit uncomfy on my bare feet.
In other news, if I end up back in the pool if my run this afternoon is a fail, I think I may end up doing a tri or two next year. Is that enough to justify this? I mean, I haven't had a car payment in 4 years and probably will never have one again!
