Just some good ole stuff to write about.
I had a run group last Sunday form my house. We had a good time and some free goodies for the runner who made it (thanks for Clif and Active.com!!). Here's a pic:
The next group run will be in a couple weeks and will be for 3-4 miles and include some introductory hill work. If you're local, it'll be on August 12th, 4:00 at Nolde.
My running has picked up a bit the past couple weeks. I've kinda made a plan that I've been sticking to. 1x a week ab ripper x, 1x a week 45 minutes of yoga, 2x a week PT exercises (just to maintain) and also running (of course). I'm hoping to hit 18-19 this week, but I'm not too sure. I need tomorrow as an off day and then I am gone most of Sunday for my niece's birthday party (I think I can get out for a few that morning- maybe 7 if needed) and I'm not sure if I will have a chance on Saturday. Oh well.
Also, I'm done with summer vacation. I enjoy having time home, the kid and tutoring and also being able to run when I want (well, not really as you just read) but I need to get back to school!!
