I was hoping to get 4 runs in this week, but the three I got in went well. I'm still not feeling as strong overall, but feeling better each day. I got in 2 miles of pain free running tonight! Both miles were 10:3X. I've been getting in a 1/4 mile walk before and after every run to help warm-up and cool down along with some PT stuff before most runs. Today's two miles were after several hours of being on my feet mowing and weeding, so I took that as a big plus, too. This week?

Tues: 1.5
Weds: 1.5
Thurs: SRD
Fri: 2
Sat: SRD
Sun: Running form group (I'm leading it!! wooot!) and 2 miles after
I'm excited about the running form group. I've tried to get a couple others together, but nothing came of them. This time? Well, I think there may be at least 6-8 people there!! This will definitely be a regular thing!
