This morning I had my first running form group session. I had a group of 5 come out for some fun :)
We did a short warm-up run (couple laps around the area behind our house) and then did some running form drills, lunges, and reaches. We finished off the session with a nice 2 mile run! Afterwards, we had a nice talk about nutrition. All my favorite things!!
It was a great experience and I have the next one planned for June 10th at 2:00 P.M.!! Come on out!
On another note, I had a couple 2+ mile runs this week with no pain! Woooo!!
