Alright, I am done tapering a few days early. I'm excited about doing the Oley Valley Classic 10 Miler on November 6th and then heading to brunch after with some other runners. So, that leaves me a couple weeks to work on some pacing. It probably won't gain me much, but it'll be fun to do it. So, here are my ideas for the next 16 days:
So, that's my basic plan. I would also like to get in to see a chiro at least once during this time so I guess I should call, huh. I'm hoping to get back into the push-up/ plank routine again along with some yoga. 5 miles at pace means 5 miles at my hopeful race pace, whatever that may be. I'll figure it out that day.
