Well, last week I fell short of my plan...by a whopping .2 miles. I ended up with 45.8 when 46 was planned. This week:
Mon: off (done!)
Tues: 4 (done)
Weds: 5
Thurs: 9
Fri: off
Sat: 12
Sun: 18
Total: 48 (4 down!!)
I've been in some desperate need for yoga, so I'm off to do a few minutes to stretch me some hammy's!
45.8 totally counts!
